My goal is to help you develop into a healthier, happier you. I
train with a focus on functional fitness for better flexibility,
strength, endurance and agility. Training sessions are progressive
in style.
I have had a love for fitness for as long as I can
remember. As a kid, I was heavily involved in team sports and I
loved to dance. I have always been drawn to moving. Later in life,
I realized how important it is to not only work out occasionally,
but to adopt and maintain a healthy fitness lifestyle
with proper mobility training and self care.
My love for personal training grew out of my desire to learn about
how to better myself safely and efficiently. I have been that
uncomfortable and insecure person who was not too sure how to reach
my goals. I have been the person who felt it’d be too much work or
didn’t know where to start. I have been the one who tried and
failed and nearly gave up. Then, I started listening, and I
learned. I earned my certification with the National
Academy of Sports Medicine. Once I had the tools for myself, I
recognized that I was passionate about sharing them and empowering
others who may feel the same way I felt.
My goal is to be the one to turn to when looking for an answer to
all of those questions. The “how do I get there” ‘s the “should
this really be my goal” ‘s and the “can I really do this?” ‘s. Once
those questions are answered I can be the mentor to empower my
client and join them on their journey. I want people to leave me
after each session having learned something new about fitness and
about themselves. My goal is for them to use my advice to slowly
find the value in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through proper
athletic and nutritional habits. I aim for them to have fun and
leave happy and proud of themselves for being there and trying
their best.
