One-on One Training: With One on One Personal Training you receive the most in depth and personalized programs when it comes to weight loss, nutrition and strength training. Helps beginning members be more comfortable and more confident performing new skills. Will also push an athlete further in their regimen and help obtain hard to reach goals

Small Group Training: Workout in a group from 3-15 members under the guidance of a certified trainer. Engage in an atmosphere like no other, classes will be less individualized, but this is one of the most cost-efficient packages when it comes to personal training
This service is a group of 3 or more people training together. This training session duration is 45 minutes. This program is more of a class type environment with customization and modification of each individual member in the training session based on each of the client’s goals, lifestyle, medical, and the results of the fitness evaluation performed by the fitness professional.
Tag-Team Training: Tag Team packages are both extremely motivating and challenging for all members. Push yourself against your friend or grow move fit with a loved one. This package also offers individualizes programming whether you and your partner have same or different fitness goals.
This service is when 2 people train together in the same training session. We offer 30, 45, and 60-minute training session. This program is considered semiprivate and is customized for each client based on each client’s goals, lifestyle, medical, and the results of the fitness evaluation performed by the fitness professional
